FEW Barrel Aged Gin Cask

FEW Barrel Aged Gin Cask is An aged version of the traditional Few Gin with fennel and pepper notes and a slight smokiness from the wooden barrel in which it is stored. The classic juniper notes are rounded off with something a little reminiscent of more classic bourbon notes. Few is an American brand with a significant focus on craftsmanship and suitable raw materials.

It is located in Evanston, Illinois, just outside Chicago. What’s very special about Few is that they produce everything from the grain to the bottles themselves. In other words, they control the whole process themselves. Few produce both gin and whiskey. One of the products’ main elements is that all raw materials come from the immediate area around the distillery itself.
